1. What are your office hours?
Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-6:00PM. We are closed for the following holidays: Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Christmas Day, Thanksgiving, the Friday after Thanksgiving, and New Years Day.
2. How do I open an account with MBC Precision Imaging?

3. How do I install Repro Desk/Apprentice?
From our downloads page, download and install both APPRENTICE and APFTPX. (Installation instructions can also be downloaded.) After installation, configure APFTPX first and then configure Apprentice.

4. I'm having problems with Repro Desk/Apprentice. Where do I find help?
You can either search our Help Desk & Knowledge Base for answers to your particular question, contact reprosupport@mbcpi.com, or contact your local sales representative.
5. How do I arrange a demonstration of your planrooms or other services?
Please contact sales@mbcpi.com or fill out our contact form to arrange a presentation at your office.
6. Who do I contact about accounting questions?

7. I do not have an account with MBC but need to order prints that you have on file. How do I do this?
First, contact your client who has archived the files with MBC. They can help you identify which MBC branch is hosting the files. If you are responsible for payment, MBC accepts cash, checks, and credit cards at all branches.
8. What is the "Transportation Surcharge"?
This surcharge was initiated to recover local delivery expenses associated with higher gasoline prices.
9. What is the closest shop to my office?

10. Do you have shops across the country?
MBC has locations throughout the Mid-Atlantic region and is affiliated with over 400 print shops nationwide. MBC can arrange same day delivery throughout much of the United States. Contact your nearest branch for more information.
11. How do I purchase equipment for my office?

12. Are you on the GSA schedule?
Many of our offerings are available on the GSA schedule. Contact our Customer Service department for further assistance.
13. Does MBC provide service/maintenance on the equipment I currently own?
MBC provides maintenance and repair service on large-format equipment from KIP, Oce, HP, Xerox, Ricoh and Varitronics, regardless of whether or not you purchased it from us. Please contact our service department for rates, service contract information, or to schedule a service call.
14. How do I schedule a service call?

15. How do I order supplies?
Please email or call our Customer Service team at 1-800-233-3979 for assistance. You can also purchase HP Brand name supplies at our HP Online Store.
